AusJob Fees & Refunds
If the applicant makes a cancellation, then all AusJob payments are non-refundable. However, if the cancellation is a result of serious unforeseen circumstances, such as a loss within the family, the team will look into partially refunding the applicant.
If a placement is not found, a refund will be issued minus the deposit fee. However, in the event that the applicant declines a placement offer and this is no fault of AusJob, or if the applicant fails to divulge true information at any point in the application process, then there will be no refund issued.
Moreover, any applicant who doesn’t provide all the necessary documentation in time will not be offered a refund, as we cannot process that person without a complete application. For more information on our refunds policy, please read our Terms and Conditions.
Please note: Unless otherwise stated, acceptance onto the program in no way guarantees a placement. However, we will do our very best to ensure every applicant has the best possible chance. Finally, AusJob does not cover travel costs that participants may incur.
Visa Application
For all of our programs, applicants are required to secure a Working Holiday Visa (417 or 462). The application can be easily completed online via http://www.immi.gov.au/e_visa/working-holiday.htm.
In most cases, visas will be granted within that working day (Australian time), however, this process can take between 5 – 14 days.

Flights
Once a placement is confirmed, flights to Australia can be arranged with our in-house flight team, who will provide a great deal on flights to and from Australia. The team can be contacted on +441612223780, or via email at flights@invasion.com.
Please note: the earlier flights are booked the cheaper they tend to be. At the end of their placement, participants are responsible for making their own way back to the UK from their chosen departure airport.
